Land grabs threaten to destroy the declining dynasty

When the mighty Lawson cattle station has no heir, rival factions across Australia see an opportunity to seize control. The series was filmed in the Northern Territory and South Australia in remote locations that are barely inhabited – let alone on screen. Locations include the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kakadu National Park – with special permission from the traditional owners – and Tipperary Station, a real, working cattle station so large it has its own airport and school.

We assume, as many do, that the Territory will turn up… 39;s-Yellowstone, a mega-ranch under siege from all sides, where family members fight against all odds, sometimes against each other… well done, this is a grand production, with a soap.

opera-drama, good acting and excellent production values

lots of, spectacular sets, a big part of the show… every actor plays their part wonderfully, they have a script that's fairly routine-predictable… the casting is mostly spot on, only one member is a little out of place, yet she handles herself quite well…

‘next episode’ indicates as a “returning series”

Torv is now in her mid-forties, her calm, gentle self.. always confident in whatever character she chooses – not another Kelly Reilly, both women are worth watching in their own series… who every viewer likes, will be waiting for more seasons…
