Rockstar Vienna also packaged it with the previous game in the series, Grand Theft Auto III, and sold it as Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack for the Xbox.[1] The fictional city called “Vice City” was based on the American city of Miami in the 1980s, with art deco buildings and faithfully portraying the era in music, clothing and cars.
