Big Nick is back on the hunt in Europe and closes in on Donnie, who is embroiled in the treacherous world of diamond thieves and the infamous Panther Mafia, as they plan a massive heist on the world’s largest diamond exchange. Butler stated in an interview that the film will have a more European feel, with the film set in the diamond district of Marseille this time. Follows Den of Thieves (2018)
